We have robust and senior management experience from line and consulting assignments in a total of more than 20 companies. Mainly in high tech, but also in the industrial, construction, retail and telecom sectors. We know our HR and together cover most of the relevant HR skills that organizations need. We are really good at environmental and company analysis. We are good at identifying what an organization from an HR and management perspective should focus on, and we are not least competent in identifying what you could stop doing, or focus less on.

Kristin holds a degree in HR from the University of Stockholm and she also has a coach certification and a degree in ACT - Acceptance & Commitment Therapy.

Her passion and expertise lies in creating vibrant and sustainable corporate cultures, where both people and results develop. Kristin has solid experience in building strong, forward-looking organizations and supporting leaders on their journey towards greater insight and capability.

Kristin has extensive experience from several innovative and prominent companies. She has worked with a number of exciting startups and scale-ups, such as HiQ, which became a real success story in the early 2000s. Another example is Peltarion, one of Sweden's most pioneering AI companies.

In addition to this, Kristin also has broad experience from large multinational companies such as Saab and Tieto, which has given her a unique combination of knowledge and insights from both fast-growing tech companies and established global organizations.

Jesper studied behavioral science, humanities and business administration at the University in Lund. He also has a Master's in Leadership and Organization from Nyenrode Business School in Holland and is a certified coach.

Jesper has mainly experience from large international companies in IT and telecom, he has worked in leading positions based in Washington DC, Dubai, London and Vienna in addition to roles in Sweden. He strongly believes in, and has successfully implemented, solutions to shorten communication paths and create greater transparency and participation in organizations. The strengths he has are in transformation work in particular - consulting, communication, governance and management.

Fredrik is our expert within the field of rewards and recognition, he has a degree in Human Resource Management from Linköping University and has a GRP certification from World at Work. During his upbringing, he lived largely abroad, mainly in Japan. With over 20 years of experience, he has built a career in compensation & benefits, where he has held leading roles at companies such as Peab, Sandvik, Tetra Pak and Kuehne Nagel as well as in the telecom and financial sector at companies such as Tele2 and Sony Ericsson.

His deep expertise includes areas such as Executive Compensation, broad salary structure, incentive programs (both STI and LTI), performance management, benefits and regulations, as well as HR systems and BI analysis. He is passionate about creating a clear connection between the business's strategy and the rewards platform as a whole.

Fredrik strongly believes in customized solutions rather than a "one size fits all" model and builds solutions that reflect the organization's unique needs.
